When the techs fixed the toilet, they realized it wasn't as bad as they thought. The original quote was based on a worse case scenario kind of thing. They could have held me to the quote but actually only charged a little over 1/2 the original quote. I was really pleased. As a woman it is hard to find contractors you can trust. "I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They are first class, outstanding company that did wonderful job for me. The quality of their work was excellent, and their price was excellent. I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. "Everything about Dimitri's company is the absolute best. Dimitri and his sons and employees are very knowledgeable, hard-working, respectful and they did a fabulous job with my bathroom. This bathroom had been previously gutted by someone else so everything in there had to be done. New plumbing and electrics had to be installed as well as new tiles on the floor and on the walls. They put in a new shower, toilet and vanity -and now I have the most gorgeous bathroom, I love it. The men always arrived when they said they would; they are very friendly and kind as well as being courteous. This is a family business and Dimitri and his sons all work together, to get the job done. These guys are truly professionals. Dimitri, his sons and family have a wide knowledge of renovations and a wide range of skills. As a result of their great work in my home, I also asked them to install two custom storm doors, back and front and now I am getting a quote for a new deck and covered porch.
