"Working with Arthur and the Ballard Enterprises team was a great experience. They did an amazing job with the landscaping, cleanup, and retaining wall. I nearly cried because I haven't seen the outside of my home look decent in so long. :-) The brick for the retaining wall is beautiful and it seems to "brighten" the home. Ballard also did cleanup in my back area and WOW! It looks great and no more walking through tall weeds and mint to get to my deck. I appreciate Arthur teaching me about hostas. I'm not a gardener and know very little about plants and had no idea that was in my yard. And I thought this would take a couple of days but they completed everything in one day. Also I appreciated the quick scheduling of the project and I'm sure my neighbors appreciated it too. :-) Would highly recommend Ballard and have already received many compliments about the work done. "Ed with E&R Home Solutions was very easy to work with. All of the staff is professional. Inspection and proposal was completed in a timely manner. New roof was installed on date promised. They worked very hard to complete it within one-day, working into the late evening. Clean-up was okay, we do still find nails occasionally (work was completed approx. 2 months ago). I'm sure they did the best they could given the late time and poor lighting. Overall we are very happy with the work and will hire them again in the future if needed. We will also recommend to friends and family."

"It went Great! The gentleman who oversaw the entire project ran into a few small unexpected obstacles but overcame them with no extra charge. The small retaining wall settled after a few months so immediately after I called to ask about it- without my knowing- they came out, fixed it and all has been great since so- AWESOME!!
They helped me move some plants we had to dig up as well- so that was nice.
Overall- AWESOME Patio. Lines are straight, everything looks AWESOME a year later and I'd totally use them again.
