As soon as he came, he very professionally measured all areas of the decking, noticed any problem areas and was very very understanding when I advised that we were under time pressure and the we needed the decking to be safe for when my mom returned from hospital, Stephen was here to do the job and finish the job....giving priority as needed for her safety. Pricing was very fair and Stephen was a consumate professional and I would readily recommend him to anyone needed decking work done. Thank you Stephen, this will not be the last you hear from us."

"Very reliable and easy to work with. Our original bathroom was wearing out. We had tiles coming loose in the shower area and in general was badly in need of an update. We went down to the studs in many areas and now have a bathroom we really enjoy. part of the project involved replacing the old shallow tub with a new soaker tub which my spouse uses on a regular basis. Also we used Shannon's company to remodel my mother's home which was built in the 50's and badly needed updating. It still had the original electrical system which I felt was becoming a dangerous situation. The original plumbing had issues and the basement was an outdated mess. Along with updating the electrical and plumbing we did a complete remodel of the kitchen and basement. The kitchen change was tremendous and now even has an actual dishwasher instead of my mother. The basement was redone down to the studs and now has a bathroom and shower that you are actually happy to use. While the new floor was being installed we had them add electrical in floor heating and now the basement can be comfortably used year around."

"Dupont Decks did an awesome job with tear off and re-decking onto our existing frame. Brandon and Jordan (installers) were polite, personable and professional throughout the project, and did an exceptional job with the install, very pleased with how the deck looks now!! However what sold me on Dupont in the first place was the excellent communication with front office. From first mtg with Justin for the estimate (very knowledgeable and generous with advice/suggestions), though contract negotiation with Brooke (they even provided a project design drawing) and project coordination with Lindsey, every interaction was professional and friendly… I never felt I was a bother when I called with questions, was always greeted with a smile in their voice. I was confident when I signed the contract that my job was going start and be completed on time and to my satisfaction and without unexpected cost… and it was. Would recommend Dupont to family and friends… they are that good!!"

"We wanted to be sure let others know how pleased we are with Gunner Insulation and their staff for the work they did on updating our attic insulation in November. Last year we had ice dam problems and water damage. We wanted to address this prior to snows this year. We were in touch with 4 insulation companies for estimates at the end of September. Bottom line Gunner was the best: While Dain wasn't able to come to give us an estimate for a few weeks, his house review was thorough. He pointed out gutter problems we should address (nothing Gunner does - but we appreciate his expertise and followed-up); As well, Dain is very experienced in updating 1.5 story houses in Mpls and he had suggestions for our misc. hour variations; While we knew about Center Point rebate offers, Gunner was sure to mention this before we did (other vendor's did not do this); Gunner's schedule was busy but was lots more flexible that other vendors that were booked until January or later; Gunner's estimate was the most reasonable. The insulation update has been installed and has been successfully tested. The team that worked on our attic were professional and ever so kind and informative as misc. steps were worked on. As well, they were attentive to cover areas they worked on in addition to great clean-up after the work was completed. Throughout our update, Nicole has been great to work with as activities were scheduled and when we had questions. Go with Gunner Insulation!"

"Sandau Construction recently completed a window replacement project at my home. They were one of five contractors that I had out to evaluate my project and bid the job. The sales presentation was low pressure, comfortable and offered adequate time for question and answer.
