The price was very reasonable and ended up being the same as the estimate (we already had several sheets of plywood on hand to replace the bad spots on the house and garage roof deckings). Crew was prompt, courteous, and the whole group was very, very hard-working. They completed the entire job in one day. "I have been going over this review in my head for 2 months- because I wanted it to be THE PERFECT explanation of working with Renovation Window. When we first started shopping around for windows, I had an expected amount in my head that I thought the windows would cost. Unfortunately, much to my surprise, the costs were way beyond anything that I had in my head. I had several companies give me a quote, all with the famous "you need to lock in the price now because costs are going up soon" ploy. Let me just say, as soon as I hear something like that, I run. I was in sales before, and any salesman that is going to lie to me and pressure me to get my business "TODAY" is my end all be all moment. Andrew, from Renovation Window was my last quote/salesman. And I say salesman VERY lightly .....because Andrew was the exact opposite of what any salesman you have ever encountered would be! From the moment that we were in contact, Andrew was the most HONEST, timely and personable "salesman" that I have EVER met. And I have met a lot. We did A LOT via email, and then I had questions. A lot of questions. Why was Renovation Window so much cheaper than everyone else? Why was Renovation Windows website down? How could Renovation Window have nothing but 5 star reviews? Because, seriously, in this day and age, NO-ONE is that perfect, especially in a sales type of business. I asked these specific questions of Andrew, who owns the business. And the response I received BLEW MY MIND. Andrew was so very honest with everything and gave me references and sites that I could fact check to ease my mind. Working with Andrew was quite frankly, the BEST sales experience of my life. From the initial measurements, to the second measurement, to the ordering, the waiting and the installation, Andrew was communicative and available EVERY step of the way.Andrew was even an active participant on installation day. Who can say that about the company that installed their windows? THE OWNER of the company wanted to be at the install to ensure everything went smoothly. I am a VERY hard customer and a VERY tough critic when it comes to customer service and experiences. Andrew and Renovation Window far exceeded my expectations in every single category.
