"Shingles, gutters and downspouts replaced. As far as I can see they did all the work I hired them to do. Would have been nice to have a picture at the end to show me that it was all completed. They sent me pictures during the roof install, but not the completed project. It would have been nice to see if the pipe boots were installed and the gutter guards. Iâ m too old to get up on a ladder and look. Sales - Fantastic. Roof installers - Fantastic. Gutters and downspouts installers - just okay."

After they repaired and replaced some shingles for the repair, it rained and it was still leaking. I talked to Dustin and he explained it isn't always easy to find and fix the leak. I used to work on cars and had to trace repairs regularly and understand how that works. But he said they would come back out and address the issue again.
