They came out when they wanted to basically but that seems to be the case with many contractors. I haven't had to replace a board even once since the installation in 14 years ago though. The wood they used and the construction was fantastic. Their workmanship was terrific - Their attitudes could've been better though. <br /> <br /> I would consider using them again, but would look around first and if I did use them I would get something in writing clarifying how the job would be completed."
