The culprit was a squirrel in my basement. He attempted to catch it, then setup traps, and removed a dead mouse. The squirrel was in the trap w/in a day. He removed it the next day, sealed entrance. He was thorough, spent time discussing, answering any questions I had. All with a great attitude, reasonable fee compared to others. He is extremely experienced with animals( catching and owning- he has a 10ft boa), and even was comfortable holding my Moluccan Cockatoo. "Mark was great. It was easy to schedule and appointment with him soon after contacting him. I appreciate that he gives a specific time for the appointment (rather than a window of time) and that his pricing is very clear (and from what I understand very reasonable). He was very knowledgable and told us what we thought was squirrels in the roof was actually a raccoon. We stopped hearing noises the day he set the traps on our roof. He sealed up the potential points of entry between our house and the attached row houses. Hopefully we don't have a reason to hire him again...but if we did, we would!"
