Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. When he came out for an estimate, he paid close attention to exactly what I needed, he did a detailed inspection, and he did not try to sell me on any unnecessary replacements. "Paragon replaced the flashing and siding around the chimney because the roof leaked during storms with high wind. Paragon also repaired the damage to the ceilings on the main and second floors due to the leak. After the work was done, a severe storm hit and the leak was back. I called Paragon and they came out immediately to inspect. They guaranteed they would repair the flashing again and repair the ceilings at no charge because they stood behind their original work. They repaired the flashing and told me to call them after the next severe storm to make sure the repair was successful before repairing the ceiling damage. Sure enough, another storm with winds struck, and there was no leakage. I called Paragon, and they sent a crew to repair the ceiling. Thank you to Mauricio and his crew for handling the repairs!"
