He politely asked when he could call us back. We had already talked to three (3) other companies by the time we met with New Look Refacing. Jim was the only one that didn?t try to twist our arm to get us to sign a contract. I had told Jim he could call us back in a week. I called him back the next day.
I have to say that the entire process of working with New Look Refacing was amazing. I had expected about 1-2 weeks until we had our new kitchen, but everything only took 5 Days! Marcus was our lead installer and he walked us through every part of
the installation process before we started. He was always on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Marcus and his team of assistants have years of background and it showed in the final result.
