"Steve Tague came to our home to see what we wanted done, and show us samples of the finishes.  We picked the ones we wanted and he gave us a quote that was reasonable, so we signed on the dotted line.  Had the work scheduled for the next week, and the crew showed up on time Monday morning and went right to work.  They never stopped, and had the kitchen counters mostly completed that day, came back same time on Tuesday and finished up the remaining work around 2:30 pm. <br /> They did a great job, and we are very pleased with the results.  They were very professional, and cleaned everything up when they left both days, except for the masking that was still necessary for the next day.   They answered all of our questions, and left us with their a small bottle of cleaning solution to use.  <br /> This is a wonderful alternative to spending thousands of dollars replacing counters, tubs or tile.  They also can do vanities, but I like the way mine looks, so didn't have that refinished.  If I ever do want to change it, I will call Miracle Method again, and have no problem recommending them for this type of work. <br /> I would advise anyone having work done in the kitchen to be sure you get out whatever you will need for the next day, because all of our cabinets, appliances, sink and the half of the kitchen not having work done were sealed in plastic, and the bathroom sink was usable, but the rest was sealed up.  This is a minor inconvenience, but less of one if you are prepared for it. <br /> Excellent job done, and beautiful results!  We are very happy with Miracle Method. <br />"

"Everything went fantastic. We actually love our kitchen and laundry room now. We had gotten to the point we hated the kitchen and tolerated the laundry room. Now both and especially the kitchen look very elegant. Working with Micah was wonderful. He was very professional, offered many suggestions on what was needed or how it should be done. He was honest, listened and understood what we needed, went out of his way to insure that we were happy and was very meticulous about his work. <br /> We have a very large kitchen so needless to say it was a major undertaking especially correcting all the problems left by the original cabinet maker. When Micah finished it looked like we had installed all new high-end cabinets but at almost half the price of putting in new cabinets. <br /> So anyone that has a situation like us where the cabinet boxes themselves are salvageable we highly recommend Residential Facelift.  We had looked at other companies that reface kitchen cabinets but found that their techniques were not appealing and were more expensive. "First off, we checked with Lowe's, Home Depot, and several other cabinetmakers before choosing Frugal.  Their cost was half what Lowes wanted.  In fairness, part of this was due to the quality of the cabinets and the options available.  We chose to go with the least expensive as we are well into our senior years with a limited budget and expect to stay in our house for just another decade.  (Frugal also has more expensive styles)  That being said, we felt the cabinets in their showroom were excellent in quality and construction, so we chose them.  When the cabinets were delivered the installation crew (Sam and Jason) worked as a real professional team making sure the cabinets were perfectly level and straight even though our walls were not.  They were personable and their craftsmanship was apparent.  One of the doors was delivered cracked and they ordered a replacement door.  We had ordered frosted glass for two doors and the glass delivered was clear - and they removed those for replacement.  We were concerned about how and where the new handles would be installed on the new doors.  They used a jig to insure that the handles were perfectly located and absolutely straight - important to us, and they look great.  Note:  the handles were not an add-on cost-they were included with the order. <br /> We used the cabinets for a week or so and developed our "punch list" of adjustments; most minor.  One adjustment, however required moving an upper cabinet 1" and this was a bit of work, including new trim.  Steve came out and did the final touch-up and adjustments.  His craftsmanship and attention to detail showed throughout. <br /> Overall, are we happy with our new cabinets? - absolutely yes.  We experienced professionalism from start to finish. <br /> Knowing what we know now, would we do this with Frugal again? - absolutely yes. <br /> <br />"
