ReliaLift's technician, Matt Cantin, provided excellent service.  He thoroughly inspected my garage door, shared a wealth of knowledge about my garage door system, and replaced the old worn out rollers on my garage door with new rollers.  Overall, he was very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable.  He never tried to upsell me on something I didn't need and was very trustworthy.  The only modestly negative concern I would like to note is that we rescheduled once due to the cold weather (not ReliaLift's fault) but then they moved my time slot on the day of service 2 additional times.  Still, I would recommend ReliaLift (especially Matt) and use them again for future garage door repair needs.

During the job interview/review, Charles described how he would treat certain areas, answering our questions patiently and completely. Charles is a hands-on businessman. He personally managed and worked side by side with his crew. He is very concerned with customer satisfaction. He voluntarily performed additional mud work when he noticed some imperfections that he felt should be addressed in addition to the work agreed upon. When we raised a question about the color of the paint looking different than the sample, he postponed applying it until later that day, when we were satisfied that it was the correct hue. When a large, bulky cabinet needed to be taken off the wall, his team willingly assisted. Charles made certain that the work was done perfectly. When there was an item here or there that needed attention, his attitude was unfailingly positive and he attended to it immediately. When one of the workers inadvertently damaged an item, his immediate response was that he would take care of the expense of its repair or replacement and he did. Bottom line, his goal was for us to be satisfied with his work, and we were. We would hire him again. "Chris Barron did an exceptional job on my window repair. I called around to several window repair companies but everyone of them corkscrew do what I needed to have done. Their websites would say window frame or still repair but when they called, they would try to sell you window replacements. Chris is the ONLY one who actually did repairs. He was able to fit me into his schedule because I needed the work done ASAP."

"Awesome job! One door had a flaw in it which was not noticed until installation. They acknowledged it and replaced it, but at least I had a door in the interim. Would definitely rehire!!"

"They did a pretty good job painting the walls but missed an entire section of wall above our cabinets in the bathroom so when you sit on the toilet you see a huge spot that is not painted, did not paint the trim at all in the other bathroom, painted the cabinets with the doors in the wrong places so some were upside down and didnt have the paint on the tops when they were turned right side up, painted the doors with the doors open and the handles off so that it left a white spray circle on the walls behind the doors and didn't do anything about that circle, and got paint on the floor here and there throughout the house. When I called to see what could be done about it they acted like they were going to fix it but never call me back with a date to anticipate them coming back. I paid them almost $4000 and its not done. I called at least 5 times now trying to set up a time and keep getting told they are going to call me back after they look at their schedule and never do. I wouldn't have an issue with the job if they would make an appointment with me and say they were going to come fix it but it really feels like Im getting the run around because they've already been paid."

Marlon and his coworker arrived promptly on time, worked non-stop and did an amazing job on the pressure washing of the 2 story house, driveway, detached garage and gutter cleaning.
