Also, right after they began work I received a call stating they didn't see an area of wood rot at the time of the estimate and that was going to cost an additional $1,000. Upon completion, was dissatisfied with an area that was sloppily painted and the contractor got defensive and said the house had had been painted 25 times in 30 years which is clearly not the case. In addition, they didn't clean up after the job and left painters tape on a shutter. How hard is it to make a customer pleased after dropping several thousand dollars?"

He did the work but did not remove all of the clippings, and evidently, he used his mower to remove some of the clippings, which resulted in several bald spots in my yard. He offered to come seed the spots and remove the clippings, but...he has gone silent now that I have paid him. I GET IT!!! Trust is earned!"
