"It went smoothly except that the Salesperson led us to believe that our windows would be maintenance free. On the casement windows, the installers only offered two options: Leave exposed wood that would require painting, or bridge across it with 5" wide aluminum trim that is not textured and would show any dents or imperfections. Textured trim that conforms to the contours of the window framing is commonly available as we pointed out with our neighbor's replacement casement windows. Thankfully, the cost was low enough that we were able to have a third party provide the finishing how we wanted it and stay within budget. One of the screens was damaged during installation and was replaced on a followup visit. One of the windows had an imperfection between the panes and was replaced on a followup visit. Overall, we feel that Window World was the best choice for our replacement windows."

"Very well. Bordner did an excellent job cleaning debris out of valleys and next to walls. Larry McCoy was in charge of the inspection and overseeing the work. He was professional, on time, and promptly addressed the few issues that occurred. Bordner has previously worked on the roof when they found hard to find minor leaks. They stand behind their work and will make return trips to make it right if issues arise. I will definitely use them again for any roofing work."
