"Company owners showed up at the agreed date and time.  They did a thorough walk around, asked what seemed to me to be the appropriate questions, and gave me an estimate on the spot.  They told me I would be contacted by their scheduler to arrange for the work crew to come do the work.  They thoroughly explained the process to be used and the precautions that would be taken to protect my property.
 A couple of days later the scheduler called to ask if their crew could come in a couple of hours since they had finished another job earlier than expected.  The crew did its work in about two hours completely to my satisfaction.  They did a good job of cleaning up the fairly small mess they had made and I am extremely satisfied with their work.

"Mark Bristow Masonry was hired to replace flagstones lifted to repair a water line break as well as address cracks in other flagstone mortar joints. His initial quote was in the lower half of the candidates who bid, but I was looking for the best expertise, not low cost. Mark and his crew performed all work beyond my expectations and were diligent in dealing with mortar pieces, etc., leaving a very clean site after completion. They spent a bit over 4 hours on site, and I was so pleased with their work I walked all the flagstone paths to find anything else that may need attention. They took care of everything, some of it somewhat complex as they had to adjust flagstones and employ mortar to minimize water pooling and guide water to drains. When it was all said and done I wrote a check that was 25% over the fee because the work was worth that much to me and I considered it a fair price for their quality of service and expertise. Going forward, I only be using Mark Bristow Masonry for any further work at my residence, for I have utter peace of mind knowing his company can fully satisfy my requirements."
