"My Installer had a few issues, some was hardware. I have two doors that close together and one handles is about 4inches higher. The installer put in our dog door prior to the foam wall install, once installed and adjusted the dog door is no longer lever or square. They did not show up on day 1 as they broke down. I have a covered patio and we were just adding walls, it took saturday and sunday until the sun was down. Seemed like a long process for a few doors and windows. The windows were covered in dust and hand prints all over, they did not clean them before they left. There was small metal fragments were all over the ground inside and out (dangerous for a diabetic)."

"Geoff  made a cold call one late afternoon.  He offered to look at my roof and see if there was any hail damage at no charge.  It had been years since I last replaced the roof and really hadn't had it inspected since, even though storms had come through.  He quickly got on the roof with Vladimir and took pictures of obvious hail damage.  Once I saw the pictures I knew something had to be done.  They came in and explained their process, contacted my insurance company and got the go ahead to replace.  One of the problems with my house is the rock used is uneven and irregularly shaped.  This has caused quite a problem around the chimney; it leaks constantly with any heavy rain.  When they worked the chimney area, they actually brought a grinder, grinded the rock smooth so the fascia trim and sealant would seal better.  ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectation!   I know this review is almost a year, but I wanted to see how the seal held up over the seasons and watch for how the roof settled.  Final impressions:  EXCELLENT!  There has been only one time the chimney leaked and that was during absolutely ridiculous rainstorm....6 inches in one evening!  So everything was under extreme duress.  Roof looks wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.  The owners were great to work with regarding insurance and paperwork.  Really, it was one of those "too good to be true" stories, but it was!   Thanks Geoff, Vladimir and LHI, Inc! <br />"

"The tile work was very well done. We had picked out the tile before work was started, but Ronnie went and picked it up. He talked about the different layouts and he answered all of our questions. We really liked the threshold design that went in the doorways when the tile pattern changed direction. There was a nice selection of granite for the countertops, and the finished installation looks very nice. He updated the shower, removing a bench and enlarging the doorway. He added tile insets to hold toiletries. Excellent attention to detail. I was "griping" about having to paint the master bathroom and closet, and he added that for a very reasonable fee. He took care of all demolition and debris, and cleaned up daily."
