"Noticed a couple mouse droppings in my basement so I called Plunkett's - my landlord at a previous location swore by them for pest control. I signed up for the exterior service. Plunkett's was very responsive from the start. Person came out within a business day or two of my first contact, she very thoroughly inspected the exterior of my house and plugged all the possible mouse-entry homes. This included happily fighting through very painful and thorn-ridden landscaping to make sure she wouldn't miss even an inch of stucco when checking for holes. On the interior, I already had several traps placed in my basement, so the person suggested I skip the full interior service (where they set and check traps) and instead just made recommendations of how I could better place the traps. She also noticed one successful capture and removed it for me. Very hard working and thorough, would call again but hopefully that's not necessary..."

"Eric came out within 24 hours. Put a trap over the hole. A skunk was trapped first, which Eric released on our property since we don't mind skunks. We were glad we didn't have to deal with a skunk in a trap. The woodchuck was trapped a few days later and relocated. Left the trap another week to be sure there weren't more. Charged $180 to set trap and $50 for each animal relocated. This was half the cost of the other quote we got. Eric knew what he was doing."
