"Isidro and his crew removed the mold and applied a paint that will keep the mold from re-forming. Isidro also determined that we would need new gutters to prevent the problem from happening again. We had known the gutters were in bad shape and we also knew the leaky gutters were probably causing problems with moisture so we went ahead and hired Isidro's company to remove the old gutters and replace them with new gutters. Isidro always took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. His crew was hard-working and friendly. We are so happy with the results! "Crew arrived few minutes after 8am, removed all the shingles, checked decking, then replaced with metal roofing. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up the job site when they were finished. We were given the estimate of the job taking 2 days to complete, they were finished the same day they started by 4:15 pm.  I received 2 separate phone calls over the following weeks by the owner and then again the crew foreman, checking to see if we were satisfied with the work and if we had any problems after a very heavy rainfall.  (Our roof had leaks prior to replacing the roofing) Great job, no leaks and we would highly recommend them. ".They showed when they said they would and cleaned everything up.  It looks good.  I think they provide their customers with thicker/stronger boards to sit on while in the shelter.  I also think the shelters should come at least 5.5 to 6 feet tall.  Most families have at least one family member or friend that is over 5 feet tall.  If we have to stay in it for a hour to several hours, we need to be able to stand up.  They were careful with the equipment and quick.  I recommend you look for any cracks in your garage around where they will be installing the shelter and driveway, so if you see any cracks once they are finished you can have them fix it.  I also recommend that you tell your neighbors that you will be having a shelter installed and ask if they can move their vehicles out of the street.  Ground Zero has a very long trailer they pull their equipment on and they need room to turn around on/in the street. <br />"

"It was real easy to get a quote from Classic Metal Roofing Systems of Kentuckiana. The guy who is the main sales rep there was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Their quote was on a par with everyone else's. They don't hand-nail, they use pneumatic air hammers, and our house is very old so this would have been a disaster. We've worked on it and we know what it looks like and this method would probably have put nails through those boards. Despite him saying it won't, I didn't want to risk it. They seem like a fine company, and the guy who came out seemed very nice. I just didn't care for their installation method. The Sales guy was honest and said that they hadn't worked on many older houses, so I wanted to work with a company that had better experience in working with a much older substrate."

"From the first phone call it was a great experience.  They were able to quickly get to me and look at the damage and didn't leave me waiting and always kept me informed during the whole process.  An alarm company had put a hole in my wall right in the door way from my living room to kitchen which was a huge focal point but after the repairs you honestly can not tell there was ever a hole and that is very rare to see.  if you have ever tried to patch drywall then you know that.  The alarm company also damaged my door bad enough to where it needed to be replaced.  They made sure the door was replaced and not just patched up like the insurance wanted and even replaced the trim that was damaged.  They handled all conversations with the alarm companies insurance so that I didn't have to worry about anything and when they were finished i had to make them stop cleaning up because they had the area cleaner than before they got there!  Very professional, well mannered and the work is amazing.  They went above and beyond to make sure the job went smoothly and swiftly.  I will call A Cut Above Handyman Solutions again for ANY repairs needed.   "

"This isn't an easy roof even without the metal roof that was existing. Ours is extremely steep yet these guys weren't intimidated at all. They called and were able to start a week ahead of the scheduled start (score extra points there), arrived on time daily, finished earlier than anticipated and throughly cleaned up the yard afterwards. They took extra care not to disturb the plants in the yard even though to me, the roof was the bigger concern, plants are great but a leaky roof getting fixed was upper most in importance. The crew were respectful and seemed to work like a well honed engine. I have no doubt that only mother nature's worst will cause me to need their services again but should the need arise, I will call them without a doubt."
