"Great thanks Technicians TONY and TYLER! This service rang ALL the bells. They were very professional and pleasant. I Had them replace three shutoff valves under the sink which were frozen and had small leaks. I asked about cheaper fixes and they advised replacing the whole valves, which was actually what I preferred. They gave a price and it was exactly what I researched as being a good, reasonable price. They were quick and exact and tested all of the valves that they replaced (hot/cold/dishwasher). I have used them in the past and have also used other plumbing services. The other plumbing services that I have used were shoddy at best and not very professional. This service is just what the doctor ordered. I will definitely use this service again. They were right on time and easy to schedule. They use the best quality parts that will last for years. "January 2017 my boiler went out, I called them, they sent out a guy and told me there wasn’t anything he could do. So the following day I talked to a sales person and then they sent out two guys to install around 1PM. 6AM the following morning they had it installed. March of the same year I had them install ductless AC for me. A sales guy came out, planned locations and unit sizes. After that a couple days later a installer came buy to okay the locations and unit sizes. About a week later two installers came buy and installed the AC. For the plumbing part I had a leaking pipe on the second floor, they sent out a guy the following day that I called. When the guy came out he found the problem, made a hole in the wall, updated the price and repaired the hole in the pipe. The plumber kind of rushed b/c I think he lived in the burbs and didnt want to stay long and go home. The second time I used their plumbing service I was looking to get a bathtub installed. They sent a guy out, he looked at it, said the wall needed to be extended, quoted me $900, gave me a pen for his remodelling company and left. Needless to say, I installed the tub myself and didn’t need to extend the wall."

"RJ Graham Plumbing was working on a job and scheduled me in for right after they finished the job. They arrived at 4:15, right after they finished the previous job, and worked until after 8 pm until the install of new 50 gallon water heater and all connections and parts were installed and old hot water heater (that died that morning with water all over the furnace room and laundry room floors, which fortunately is concrete and has a drain) removed. They did an excellent job. This company is reliable and we have used their services before."

"We had a non-functioning sump pump of course, over the weekend. I looked up on Angie's list, and found this company that does services over the weekend at additional cost. We called, and were promptly answered . We were given a quote right away over the phone, which was over our budget. So we decided to wait till the next bushiness day, and on Monday morning, we called a few companies around for pricing and availability. We did find some very expensive quotes, some relatively cheap ones ( like 200$) cheap than the THE PLUMBER INC, but didn't get a professional attitude from the one with cheap pricing. So we decided to go with called THE PLUMBER INC and appointed them to do the above mentioned job. They were very professional and patient in answering our questions. Gave us the website and exact details for our products. They were also able to accommodate us within the very same day, to get the installation done. The works-man showed up at appointed time, had shoe covers on , so that my carpet stayed clean :) Even cleaned up the gravel and the erosions. Did the job right, and they stand by for guarantee for the services performed. Great experience. Will refer them and rehire them."

The plumber Joe was polite and professional and stayed until the job was done even though it took twice as long as expected due to the stubborn conditions. He even looked over all the main water lines and pointed out a few other things that would eventually need replaced to help me prioritize for future projects."

"Tub and toilet were an easy fix. House is on a cement slab so drains for sink and washing machine were nearly impossible to open. John was adamant and persistent to get that drain open. There is no way I would have had the finances to break open the cement slab and replace the pipes. I think any other company would have gave up and not tried so many times with so many different pieces of equipment. I am very thankful for how hard John his co-worker Jake worked to fix the problem without costing me a fortune. <br />"
