"The work that Chris and his team completed for us was done in a timely and very professional manner. Work had to be broken into a couple of segments related to weather; with each reschedule Chris was great to communicate changes in schedule and why it was needed. We asked him to remove some older Laurel bushes that had gotten too large for the space they were in and also fill a couple of empty spots in front landscape beds by relocating a plant and adding a couple of new ones. Landscape beds look great with new pine mulch. Aeration and overseeding has been successful with a plentiful amount of rain this fall. Moving a boulder from one place to another in our landscape was seemingly made easy with their Bobcat. Any grassy areas marred by Bobcat tracks and lifting of the rock were raked level and repaired with grass seed and straw. These areas are filling in nicely as well. We are very pleased with Chris Broadway and team's work ethic, communication policy, and professionalism. Each time we've asked Chris to complete work for us he's treated the property as if it's his own....which is greatly appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate reaching out to Chris again in the future for help with landscape or irrigation work."

"The word for this company is EXCELLENT!! I called one morning and they were out the same day. I needed new outside lights installed and the word for the technicians is EXCELLENT! Christian Perry and Matt installed the lights and explained the process to me as they went. They went above and beyond, going 2 miles up the road with me to help choose the correct lights because I wanted to switch to automatic lights. They had to enlarge the present holes with a jigsaw to accommodate the new lights and installed them perfectly. these guys were personable, knowledgeable and downright awesome. They also did a safety check. I will definitely use Mr. Sparky again."

"M/I Electric did a great job and were the most reasonably priced.  They quoted over $100 less than four other companies.  Everything was very well done and no mess was left behind.  They even looked at a bathroom switch we had been having trouble and fixed that issue without adding other charges.  I would highly recommend them.

"The installation went very well. It has been 3 months since the installation and the lawn looks terrific. Some of the preparation work was done on 5/24/16 and the remaining preparation work was completed and the sod installed on 5/25/16. Nick's crew were hard workers and cared about the quality of their work. Nick was very good about answering my questions during the entire process and gave me watering instructions at the end. He has also answered questions for me after the installation. Nick also helped me with a problem that was not his fault. A healthy crop of nutsedge sprang up from the sod from Super Sod. This was Super Sod's lack of quality control, not anything that Intrinity Landscaping did. Nick got Super Sod to give me two packets of Sedgehammer+ turf herbicide to spray on the nutsedge to kill it. Some areas where they can improve: 1) I think more time should have been allowed to kill off the existing vegetation. 2) the crew should have done a better job of evenly spreading the black leaf compost; I had to ask them to spread it better. The area where they dumped it had way too much and other areas of the yard did not have enough, or any at all. 3) The unlucky new guy on the crew struggled rolling the 270 lb. roller and should have had some help, thus doing a better job of removing air pockets and ensuring the sod roots are in contact with the soil underneath. I would use Intrinity Landscaping again without hesitation; there is no need to obtain a proposal from another company."

"Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Clean, professional, courteous, and most of all, did the job the right way the first time. They installed 2 ceiling fans, 1 foyer light (25 foot ceilings), 1 light in the MBR, 1 light in the MBA, and fixed an install of another ceiling fan in a guest room. They even fixed an electrical box that was installed incorrectly in our foyer (which could have made for a bad accident). Whenever we need electric work they are going to be our first and only call."

"THE CREW SENT BY HONEYCUTT''S PAINTING DID A GOOD JOB. THEY EXAMINED THE HOUSE AND MADE REPAIRS WHERE NECESSARY. THEY INSPECTED AREAS I AS THE HOMEOWNER QUESTIONED FOR REPAIR. THEY KEPT THE SURROUNDING AREA, ROOF, AND SHRUBS FREE OF SPLATTERS AND DID A THORUGH JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED."

"Pro Green was the cheapest of four bids by a good bit.  But we took a chance based on their overall positive A.L. reviews.  The crew was a good-natured group of hard working guys.  Punctual and professional enough.  But if I am honest about the quality of their work, I'd have to give it a "C"  overall.  The quality of the paint work was a "B", but the drywall repairs a "D."  Part of the job was to repair some drywall columns that had developed cracks over time.  They were to fill the cracks and sand them.  The repair quality was a mixed bag; some columns looked very good, some not so much.  We decided rather than have them rework those columns that we would just finish it ourselves.  After they had completed the rest of the work to our initial satisfaction, we got a light fixture put back up in a dark room.  That's when we noticed a bunch of problems with the ceiling drywall work.  We notified them and to their credit, they they came back out and corrected all the problems with that ceiling and repainted it.  In summary, I would consider using them again (especially for painting).  Between the competitive price, their great attitude, and eagerness to fix any problems, it's hard for me to be too critical of them.
