"Roland Kaufman contacted me within hours of my online inquiry. He scheduled a time for an estimate within a week of the inquiry to replace our back door and add a storm door. When we were ready to proceed with the project he was able to schedule the job within just a few days. Unfortunately, I had ordered and received the incorrect size of door.
