"The hardwood would have been an A and the kitchen cabinets would be a C and the appliance would be and B.  The person doing the instillation on the cabinets wasn’t as good and precise and the person who did the hardwood floors. The hardwood floors installer was perfect. The cabinet that was ordered was fine, it’s just the skill level of the installer wasn’t up to an A or B grade."

"We replaced existing vinyl flooring for about 1/3 of the first floor in our house. Wood's Custom Floors had a large choice, and I found what I wanted easily. The installers showed up on time the first day (were about an hour late the 2nd day), were quick and professional in their work, and my new flooring looks wonderful. This installation should have taken only one day, but it was discovered that I had 2 pre-existing layers of linoleum instead of the one I thought was there (we are not the original owners of this house), and thus required removal of the top 'floating' layer, which added a good bit of time. The half-bath was the only area requiring work on the 2nd day, and it was finished in short order. We want to put new carpet in our master bedroom, and replace the vinyl flooring in the masterbath with tile. I plan on using Wood's Custom Flooring again, and that's the highest praise I can bestow."

They are probably a great company and the bid they gave us seemed fair but it was going to take entirely too long to complete the job. We were told they couldn't have it done until about the 3rd week of June which would have been way past the time frame we needed the project done in. They told us they were just booked till then. So don't expect to have your project completed right away."
