Fantastic communication from day 1, and the suggestions he provided during design phase proved he listened to our requests, budget constraints, & style considerations and has a keen eye from his vast experience for what will work best for you, the client. During demo/build, the crew was very timely, overly considerate of our house by properly preparing every morning and completely cleaning up every evening so random tools or materials aren’t laying around - something very appreciated by us and definitely contributed to the reduced stress of this project vs other providers. His team’s attention to detail can’t be emphasized enough - his bar is higher than yours, I promise! "Mack from Alton Barnes called me back quickly from the VM I had left, and met me at the property shortly after. I had deck and porch damage from a big tree that came down and glanced the side of the house after a bad wind storm we had. Upper deck was unstable. Repairs needed to be done ASAP. Mack was on it right away. His communication thru out the job was outstanding, sending me pictures of his progress along the way. He finished quickly as well. No waiting or wondering if he was going to show up. Property was cleaned up after the job as well. I couldn't be happier with his work.
