"I hired US ProPaint and Renovation to update our kitchen cabinets. The price was competitive and we established a great report with RJ who is the team leader. The finished job is excellent and all of the staff are professional and friendly and answered all of our questions. RJ has a slogan that states, our job is to make the customer happy and they did. "From the start it was a pleasure to work with Todd Langer of Diversified Property Services. I was impressed at our first meeting. He listened to me talk about what I needed to have accomplished. He asked pertinent questions and was very forthcoming coming about expectations, codes, materials, etc. The proposal came in a reasonable time. Once the town permit was issued his team came to start the job of removing the old deck, digging holes for footings and the new construction of my deck. The job was completed within 10 days. The crew did a great job with the clean up as well as the construction. I love my new deck! I absolutely highly recommend Todd and Diversified and will use them for my next project!"

"They were highly rated so i went with them. They provided a project manager that didn't oversee the job and failed inspection because of common mistakes. They blames the window on me for having incorrect size. we eventually got he correct windows they didn't finish the deck properly the cut corners and made excused that it wasn't in contract and i had to pay extra for their inconsistencies. the electrician put thermostat on floor so i couldn't see it.They Blamed everything on me. now the final bill came in and they marked up the bill for a 30 percent markup. I called another contractor to evaluate the work and boy did he find all the hidden things i knew were already wrong. Im not a contractor by the way but i have eyes. "

"Jamie and his team were excellent. He hit in touch with me so quickly, came to look at the job, gave me a quote, and then ended up being able to fit me in earlier than scheduled. They worked quickly and efficiently, and he even got more supplies after we discussed adding in to the job. Plan to call them for any house-related fixings or upgrades in the future to see if they can!"

"I had a terrible experience with Roofers Edges & Siding Inc. We decided to replace the roof for solar system, and hired them to do the job. Remember: you are not hiring Kevin but his crew!!! The communication was extremely poor. At first, despite Kevin agreeing to use an ice shield for the front of my house, his crew was unaware of this requirement. I saw they are using the wrong material, and I had to contact Kevin at the installation day to ensure they were doing the job correctly. It was frustrating that the crew couldn't understand English, and Kevin himself never showed up at my house after the initial estimate. To make matters worse, the roof replacement resulted in a severe water leak problem between my chimney and roof. I asked them to fix it, but they failed once and never showed up again even though they provided an one-year warranty. At very beginning, I fully trusted them, and didn't check regularly, eventually I found the leaking problem persisted several months after the replacement the roof! Despite numerous attempts to contact Kevin, he consistently failed to respond to my calls and texts. Instead, he tried to blame the issue on a chimney problem, and told me they can do a water test, but that never happens. I eventually had to hire a new company to look into it, and they found out that the FLASHING was NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY!!! and I can see the sky from my attic. I had to pay extra money to redo the flashing job, and Roofers Edges & Siding already lost my trust. The lack of professionalism continued when they claimed to have applied for a permit for the job, and I trusted them. However, several months later, I found out that there was no record of the application with the town. When I contacted them, they said the issue is an incorrect address, how un-professional they are! Overall, I would not recommend Roofers Edges & Siding Inc to anyone. Their poor communication, lack of professionalism, and shoddy workmanship were unacceptable. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofer, I suggest you look elsewhere."

"Bruce was very helpful. He explains everything as he is doing it and did a perfect job. He did a couple of extra small jobs as well, but did not charge for them. He is fast and is the best handyman we have ever had. He was quite knowledgeable about the Cabidors we had installed."

"Pushy sales. Started off high, reduced the price. Sales guy demanded to leave with a competitors written quote in order to obtain his lower cost ?! I then received a follow up quote regarding a "promotional discount". I said, great please forward me an updated price. I was told this couldn't happen unless the sales guy could come back, clearly it was all BS to simply get me in front of him again for another 2 hours to be pressured into buying. The girl on the phone continuously spoke over me, would not accept the word "NO" to the visit. In the end I had to hang up. This kind of tactic is not good for any customer, it's bullsh*t. So unless you're a fan of what I see as very manipulative behavior and poor sales ethics RUN, do not Walk away...RUN."
