"The owner was very pleasant and came prepared. He didn't need to go to the hardware store at all. he replaced two door fixtures (one with a lock) for me and the workmanship looks fabulous. he was well spoken and attire was professional. He even offered to vacuum up all the sawdust and everything after. But I said I would do it but he asked again. That is what I call "good customer service". Thank you."

"We have had Phelan Construction do numerous house improvements for us over the years. Most recently it involved wood gutter repair, wood steps, railing, hanging screen doors, soffit and fascia repair, and painting. Previously Bob replaced siding on a large area of our house with new cedar siding. We have always been more than happy with Bob's work ethic, quality of work and overall pleasantness."

"Mo built this custom shed door from scratch, stained it and installed it all in one day! He’s a great guy and gave me an awesome price. Looking forward to bringing him back for more projects and recommending him to my neighbors."

"I am very happy with my new front door. It was a pleasure to deal with Tom and he did a good job and made sure that I was satisfied with everything."

"We had mold that another company removed. Todd and Dave at Booth Home repair were very professional during the estimate phase and pointed out a few areas the other three contractors did not see. They were punctual, friendly and had a reasonable quote. They started when they said they would, and treated our house as if it were their own. We are more than pleased with their finished work and would recommend them highly."

"Keith did a great job replacing the bumpers on my dock!"

"Miguel did a great job at an affordable price. Built a new closet for us and remodeled our master closet. Thank your Miguel"

"Bertie came out to look at the gate on a Wednesday night. He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual. He kept in contact with me the entire time. I would definitely hire Bertie again and I highly recommend him."
