"let me start by saying that, I would not recommend them to remodel a dog house. I had to clean up after them each day that they where here an throwing away boxes sweeping up in the kitchen, after they where done, the garage as well. they did not finish the flooring under the stove until I looked, an said they where trying to save me money like another $60.00 was going to break me. He tried to supply me with a used scratched up sink they tried polishing it out for 3 hours, the scratches where so deep they would not come out. they scratched up the cover on the faucet plate I had to get a new one, to replace it while they where replacing the sink they scratched my new stove on the top when they where setting it in they scratched my dish washer corner installing the counter tops. they chipped my newly painted garage door bringing in the counter top. When I told the owner about how they had lost the plastic prong to the bottom of the dish washer an I found it in the trash he took of the jerry rigged screw off of it an put the plastic prong on an said he would have to order the other one, an that the dish washer door still would not close an it needed to be raised on the one side an moved out, so that it would close. obviously I will not recommend them to any one, I will how ever say that Celest who did the back splash did a great job. "This company built my deck and we were very satisfied with the work. A few months down the line the ceiling was leaking. They honored their warranty and came to repair the ceiling. Since then we had them two more times to make repairs. But, the leaks only got worse and now our ceiling is collapsing. We were told that it was the gutters, so we paid $896 to install top of the line gutters. Still, the leaks continue. I emailed the company on November 3rd with pictures, asking them for an estimate on repairs, knowing that the warranty is expired. I contacted another contractor who said that the pitch of the roof wasn't adequate enough to run the water down off the roof. So we will be charged at least $4500-$5000 more to make repairs. I am disappointed in Tri-Lakes. We really liked the owner,mouth he hasn't been able to,resolve this issue for us. So here we go again."
