"Joe is the greatest! Always quick to respond and flexible with scheduling. He repaired sheet rock on our living room wall and hung two tvs for us. He also fixed a running toilet for us. All in one day!! Great quality of work, super personable and trustworthy. Will definitely be calling him for more work!"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"Mr Fix It did a great job finishing a couple simple repairs that I could not do myself since I live out of State. When you manage properly from 3 States away, you need a good Handyman to take care of your tenants needs."
