"Nathan was a joy to work with. He was very helpful with ideas to iinstall new outdoor light fixtures and gave us different options to replace older patio motion sensors which we immediately ordered. He offered to return and install them in a timely fashion. I will definitely recommend Harts Services to my neighbors and friends."

"Sta-Built was the only company of the four contacted that followed through with a bid. They have great references. Ryan helped with the design. We did not think to include lighting and it was an excellent suggestion and decision. Hector and his crew showed up as scheduled and finished the job in two days. Hector assisted in making the right paver and color choices. We couldn't be happier with the end result. We will definitely hire again!"

"I am super happy with my experience with Exact Electric. I found the team responsive and knowledgeable. Erin was our onsite contact and she took every opportunity she could to try to be creative in getting our wiring in without damaging the walls. The team worked hard to be accommodating as it was a large project. The new lighting they installed met our needs and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results."

"J&R are absolutely master craftsman at patio, walls, decking and lighting. They were professional from day 1, even when we flipped back and forth on some decisions, and we ended up with a superb back yard. I love my back yard so much now - before it was so pathetic and small and swampy. They built true to design, made sure the draining and grading was perfect, made the back yard functional and beautiful. Our kids are now loving it and we can actually have people come over now. I really love how they are so dedicated to getting it absolutely perfect for us. I would and will use them for all my landscaping work in the future. It's just not worth the hassle of working with someone else who is not as professional, late, or require constant supervision. I trusted J&R Rockscapes with my life savings and it was well worth it. I highly recommend them if you want a perfect job done by the most customer-obsessed service provider in this segment."

"Sione and his crew worked incredibly fast to pull of this project in under 2 days. I appreciate how responsive and prompt Sione was at every stage of the project. They did a nice job completing the work by removing the existing concrete that was incorrectly installed and replacing it with properly layered gravel, rebar, and concrete. We still have some drainage issues but Sione cautioned us about the issue that will cost more to repair. I'm fine with this because the real drainage problems were addressed (front porch puddle and pooling against house). I appreciated how Sione demonstrated how his crew would address the garage drainage problem throughout the day. Everything looks nice though there are a few patches where the aggregate finish isn't fully showing. Sione explained this is expected and will come with time. If you plan to use Sione (and perhaps most concrete contractors), make sure you clearly articulate what you want and ask about progress throughout the day. There were a couple issues that I learned about later in the day that I wish were explained earlier, but admittedly it wouldn't have changed the scope of work. I do recommend Jay Construction and would likely use them again in the future.

"Three years ago, we were in the process of talking to him about an extensive remodeling project. We were going through an architect that he knew. This project was interrupted due to a career move to Paris. While we were away, we rented out our home. During this time, Joe looked after our home and made any necessary repairs. When we moved back, we started the remodel project again with a few changes. As we got into the design with a new architect, he stated that he worked with Joe. The two of them worked together really well. They brainstormed and helped us refine our vision. The whole experience was just fabulous. Once we came up with the design. Joe helped facilitate the remodel through the city. He explained the costs thoroughly, saved us money when he could, and let us know exactly what to expect. His budget was spot on when the job was finished. His subcontractors were incredible and very professional. The framer, Bren, was wonderful. He is an artist and designed some beautiful woodwork for us. Joe was very honest about the time frame. In 7 months we were back in our home. Joe is very passionate about his work and has great attention to detail. I highly recommend him!"
