And the office people were so helpful and quick to deal with it. feel bad that I didn't review them earlier as they are excellent.

"J&R are absolutely master craftsman at patio, walls, decking and lighting. They were professional from day 1, even when we flipped back and forth on some decisions, and we ended up with a superb back yard. I love my back yard so much now - before it was so pathetic and small and swampy. They built true to design, made sure the draining and grading was perfect, made the back yard functional and beautiful. Our kids are now loving it and we can actually have people come over now. I really love how they are so dedicated to getting it absolutely perfect for us. I would and will use them for all my landscaping work in the future. "Called because one of the lights on my over-mirror three-light fixture was blinking on and off and malfunctioning.  Electrician advised replacement.  We discussed and he offered to go to near-by Home Depot to see if he could find proper replacement.  I wanted a shiney brass fixture, which was not available.  Electrician spent about two hours, including trip to Home Depot, trying to help solve problem.  He DID NOT CHARGE for any of this.
I found the fixture I wanted on-line.  Same electrician came back when order was received and replaced fixture.  He took away the old fixture and did a neat, professional job of installing new one.  Very pleased with this experience.  Will call again should I need an electrician.

Our only concern was that the crew had a busy schedule during the Christmas season and, with our projects being kind of small, the work was scheduled and then postponed several times. But overall, we love the results and would definitely call them again for other projects involving cement work.
