It helps if you speak some Spanish but it is not necessary. They do a standard amount of cleaning each time for a reasonable price, and will add additional, deeper cleaning projects periodically at my request. Recently, I had them wash all my windows, inside and out including the tracks and screens. Excellent results!"

"We had rat damage to our insulation and ducts in our crawl space. In addition the vapor barrier needed to be dealt with. He did a great job as this was a tough area to work in. We also had him clean our dryer duct as it also was under the house. He took it apart and brushed it clean. We were so happy with all his work that we had him clean all of our furnace ducts with his power brush and vacuum."
