"Otto installed over 1500 square feet of Wisconsin Red Oak in our home. It was such a professional and incredible job. Additionally, Otto had to color match a section that connected to the previous wood floors, and he did this to perfection. Did a fantastic job, showed up on time and finished when they said they would. I have referred Otto to several clients and they have always thanked me profusely. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"Excellent service from the first contact. The completed floor is absolutely beautiful!"

"When we got the quote from Sterling Smith, I’m sure it was quite reasonable it was just more than we were looking to spend. Their response was very quick and they were willing to come out right away. I don’t think that he completely understood what we were looking for in getting the initial impression of the cost. We had a very small area on the floor, maybe like 3 or 4 inches and he wanted to review our entire floors. It wasn’t what we were looking for."

"APA installed doors and trim on our remodel, as well as install LVP flooring throughout the house and tiled the bath surround. Everything looks great. They were easy to work with and completed the work on schedule. I will definitely contact them for our next project."

"We had initially tried to use Lowes or HomeDepot as they had special price offers but because the job wasn't "cookie cutter" straight forward they had lots of restrictions and add-ons that made us uncomfortable. We picked Olympia Floor Source from the listing on Angies List and couldn't have been happier. They cam in with a price that was below the box stores and were great to work with and responsive to our needs. The vinyl was laid over an existing floor that wasn't in great shape and needed some patching and leveling. The installer Nathan and his son Noah and friendly and cooperative and the final product looks great. Am looking to use them again for our next carpeting job!"

"My wife and I highly recommend Modern Flooring Services. We had 450 square feet of an irregular shaped floor covered with carpet upstairs that we wanted to replace with wood flooring. Modern Flooring Services provided a contractor to provide an initial estimate and a list of supplies needed to purchase. Then they sent a consummate professional and craftsman to install our floor. His name was Patrick, and he started by explaining what we should expect when he removed the carpet, prepared the subfloor, and then installed the wood. He provided different options for how the wood could be angled based on the floor layout. Then he went to work, and we can’t praise his work ethic enough. He is one of the hardest workers I know. He also did a great job of minimizing the dust. If we opt to install new flooring in the future, we will definitely hire Modern Flooring and request Patrick to install the floor."

"I hired Adrian to replace tile floors and install a new toilet, and he did a wonderful job. He and Pat were punctual, worked efficiently, were courteous, and showed a passion and attention to detail that I appreciated. Adrian suggested tile layouts that I hadn't considered and liked, and handled setbacks in stride, keeping the timeline: demolition was complicated by a hidden layer of vinyl flooring, and the toilet that I wanted to install was damaged during shipment. I would definitely recommend First Choice Grout and Tile."

"Pretty good, but I have noticed a lot of soft spots in the flooring and felt that those spots should have been fixed before the flooring was installed. I don’t know what is going to happen over the next few months or years, are these spots going to break thru?"

"I bought countertops and window treatments for my business and I am thrilled. Arvids uses the highest quality products, Hunter Douglas shades and Silestone countertops in my case, and all of the guidance from Arvids to pick out the products couldn’t have gone smoother."

"Forefront 12 Construction trimmed out several windows for us and replaced some rotten wood on our chimney fascia. Everything looks great and we are thrilled with how well everything turned out! Hezekiah was professional, thorough, and communicated clearly with us throughout. We will definitely be hiring him again as we continue to remodel our house. We highly recommend Forefront 12 Construction!!"
