Aging shingles with some loss of granules and one area of sagging. Roof was eighteen years old and aging as expected in this area of the country. Hail damage was identified. Cause of sagging was discovered and excellent technical recommendations were made to correct the problem. Price estimate was accurate and satisfied our objective of a quality roof at a fair price. The estimate was competitive with other roofing companies with a reputation for quality. I visited inspected four roofs that Woodlands Roofing had completed within the past year or two and liked what I saw. Our homeowners insurer inspected our roof and agreed with hail damage. The price estimate was in line with our insurer's assessment. Amica Mutual also noted some ceiling damage and recommended it be repaired. We began to feel we were in good hands.
