"These guys did a great job. It was fast, they provided solutions on how to remove the old floor and did all the leg work to help me choose the new floor, pickup the new floor and install the new floor. I was dreading having this work done. They made it painless, fast and cost effective. I can’t thank them enough."

"I would highly recommend Absolute Floors for their excellent workmanship and customer service. From the first conversation, they were helpful, professional, and easy to deal with. They gave us great advice about our flooring options and helped us choose something that suited our home perfectly. The installation team worked efficiently and paid attention to every little detail. The finished floor looks absolutely brilliant and has made a huge difference to the room. Everyone involved was polite, respectful, and clearly committed to providing a high-quality result. The whole experience was positive from start to finish. Excellent company, excellent service, and excellent workmanship. Well done, Absolute Floors!"

"Tao is unbelievably great! He is professional, efficient, and fastidious, exactly what you want in a project of this scale. His workers were also fantastic. He does everything he says he'll do and more. Tao helped us coordinate movers to move our furniture into another section of our loft prior to the installation, and then back out when our beautiful floor had been completed. We had bought tiles for installation in the area just inside the front door, and his guys did that installation as well, also a fantastic job. They're as fastidious as he. We did not move out during the installation, and because of the pandemic we were inside almost all of the time. The crew did everything possible to make our lives comfortable during the work. I was amazed that it only took them 2.5 days to complete the job. They really have this process down. I would give Tao and his crew six stars if that were possible. I selected Taozen flooring on the basis of its excellent reviews on this site, but I was blown away by their exceeding my expectations. I'm recommending him to everyone!"

"Great experience with this company. They took care of everything they needed to and completed the job on time. Will definitively recommend for any other floor projects"

"Van Floor Services did an amazing job! He arrived on time, early and worked the entire day. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. I had two previous floors that needed to be removed in my kitchen. He did a beautiful job and we are very thankful for his work and professionalism. Thank you."

"Jared and his team installed a hardwood floor in my house. They arrived on time, listened and then laid out a plan, did a great professional job on the install, cleaned up before/after and left the room clean and ready for use. Highly recommend them based on what I had done."

"Very responsive and professional. Provided me with a couple of options to choose from."

"I did not like the job timing. The workers showed up on a Friday at 6:00 P.M. to start the job of removing the old floor. The returned Saturday morning to complete the installation of the new floor. Although it was an excellent job done with very good materials I did not appreciate it taking two days instead of the one day promised by the salesman. Also you have to pay for the warranty, in reality Empire does not warranty anything. The workers did do a professional job in every respect Empire should limit their work load so they don't arrive so late to start a job."

"Very professional and highly detail oriented. Great customer relations and follow up on work performed. They are my choice going forward for their services they can provide."
