"Russell Hill was the one bright spot of replacing my roof after storm damage. My insurance company dragged their feet for 6 months and initially refused to cover it's replacement or repair. After talking with different roofers, I went with Russell Hill because they were willing to help me through the process of "fighting" insurance. They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case. Ultimately, they were right about the damage being covered by insurance and after a few months insurance agreed to cover it. Russell Hill quickly scheduled the replacement after confirmation and actual install of a ~1800 sq ft house roof replacement (including some roof element upgrades) took a day. Their staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful."

"We had our roof repaired a few years ago hoping to correct a leak that had caused our kitchen ceiling to bubble up and drip in a couple of places. We had the same issue, though, and were worried that the roof would need to be replaced. David Helton came out within 12 hours of us reaching out for help and quickly determined that it wasn't our roof at all. It was our chimney, which needs substantial repair - a service he doesn't offer. He sealed up a few things and the chimney flashing as best he could and initially said there would be no charge. We convinced him to accept $75 for the advice and sealant work. We also asked him to look at our gutters and advised us that one leaky spot doesn't mean we need a total replacement. So, not only was he quick to respond, he didn't attempt to do an unnecessary repair job that we would not have realized was unnecessary. And, he did work that he wasn't even going to charge us for. When we do need a new roof and gutters, we'll be calling Indy Legacy Builders and recommend them to anyone in need of such work."
