"We recently had our roof replaced by T-Rock Roofing due to the March 2024 hailstorm, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service stood out. Both Chris Johanson and Mark Strong went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered, and we were clear on the scope of the project, which included not only the roof replacement, but gutters, A/Cs, and other items damaged by the hailstorm. Since I did not want to have my new roof installed during hail season, they had no issue when I requested the installation date to be pushed out. They truly wanted to make sure me and my wife were happy. They also recommended Class 4 shingles which resulted in a lower insurance rate due to its hail protection. Their team was punctual and polite, and would have completed the work in the same day but for an unexpected thunderstorm that rolled in. Nevertheless, they made sure we didn't have any leaks and returned promptly in the morning to finish the job. The gutters were done the day after the roof was completed. When the project was done, Chris made sure his crew properly cleaned up our property, as well as our neighbors' properties, to make sure old shingles, roofing nails, and other materials were completely cleaned up. "I did my homework and got several estimates to replace my roof. I finally decided to go with Norwood Roofing Systems. And I am very happy that I did. Mike Norwood was the salesperson who came to the house and explained thoroughly the process. He is very experience and patient which made me at ease to ask dummy questions. Mike and his teams are very professional and did amazing work. I got my new beautiful charcoal roof which I requested the color. I got a bad leak which damaged badly a rafter of my roof, Mike and his teams took care of it graciously. My gutters are all replaced and the work was nicely done with extra things with I did not even thought about. Little things like diverts make very much sense. I also got several of my screens replaced. It was quick and fast. The whole process was very smooth and done on time. We had rain on the day of install but the teams waited the next two days until the rain was stopped to start the work. I did not lose my spot on the working list. They cleaned up everything once done. The best part is Mike helped me to go through the insurance process. His company prepared all the necessary professional paperwork for me to get my depreciation claim back. In all I am very satisfy with the work done. They are on my good list for future work."
