John came out and explained all the ins and outs and the need for rebarb under the concrete. He gave me a reasonable price and start to finish was 2 days.His crew cleaned the property emaculately. "It went well. I initially rated this contractor F because thru would not return my calls. However, they finally called and apologized and i hired them. One top (on an island) was accidentally not glued down and I am still waiting for this to be done. If done soon, I would hire again and rate them as A. Their price was $1,000 below others!!! I was allowed to choose my own slab at granite yard."

Fortunately, I caught it in time and asked them to please remove what they had started and run the planks the other way. They did and everything else went smoothly. I love my new floor and would recommend the company to others."
