"I’m so fortunate that I contacted Juan with Always Improve Flooring. He fixed my new floors, and made them perfect and new again. I wish I had his company install my floors to begin with. The three gentlemen he had do the work for us were the best! Armando, Francisco, and Ezequiel worked hard the entire time they were here. The best part is, I felt they truly cared to correctly repair my flooring. What more could I hope for? They were amazing and I would recommend them with 10 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I can’t recommend Royal Oak Flooring highly enough. My wife and I met Laurie at her shop on Ventura Blvd. (suggest you make an appointment to ensure finding her there) in order to figure out whether Royal Oak could accommodate what we were trying to do. Previously we’d talked with 2 big-box stores and 2 small flooring shops but they all seemed to be trying to sell us very basic (but cheaper) installations. We wanted a floor with a thin black strip about 5” in from the wall to serve as a border. We also wanted mitered 45-degree corners rather than butted. The Royal Oak store is not large, compared to, say, Floors & Decor, but it has an overwhelming variety of samples. And Laurie is the kind of person who will make a phone call on the spot to find out if what you want is possible. She gave us several 2”x2” samples to take home and emailed us quotes for the different flooring and installations we were considering. After a few days we settled on a floor with 5” wide maple planks and the black border. We appreciated Laurie’s willingness to listen to what we wanted rather than try to sell us what she’d already done 1000 times. We realized why Laurie had the confidence to consider alternatives to the basic installation after Rafael and Abel showed up. These guys were the craftsmen we were beginning to think existed only on some other continent, the craftsmen who’d have to be flown over to the U.S. and put up in a motel while they worked on our mitered corners and our black border 5” from the wall. My wife and I are both retired engineers, so (1) we’re detail-oriented, and (2) we got a lot of time on our hands. I can be a pain in the butt, for sure, but Rafael and Abel never shied away from questions. And they asked them too. At one point I asked Rafael if there was a saying in Spanish equivalent to “The Devil is in the details.” Smiling, he assured me there was. Quite honestly, it got so that just seeing these guys in the morning was reassuring. They cleaned up everyday before leaving, made Herculean attempts to keep dust from escaping, and in general tried to reduce their impact on the normal house functioning as much as possible. We’re very happy with the new hardwood floor we got thanks to Royal Oak Flooring."

"I hired Always Improve Flooring (Juan and his team) to refinish ~1,000 sq. ft. of 20-year-old engineered hardwood floors containing dozens of deep scratches and abrasions. Others we consulted doubted the job could be done at all and pushed us to do a full replacement. Juan, on the other hand, was confident he could do it and gave us a great price, as well, and he delivered! The end result was downright beautiful! I'm so glad we went with Juan. He was the first to respond to our request for quote, was at our property an hour later to analyze the situation, and provided us a very reasonable estimate for the work that evening. A week later, the job was scheduled, done and finished, and our floors literally look like they are brand new and ready to give us another 20 years! I will definitely use Always Improve Flooring again, and highly recommend them to anyone with flooring needs!"

"The technicians did a great job on stretching the carpet in 2 of my bedrooms. Thank you Serj for wanting to help me with a small job. I really appreciated it."

"Excellent. Byron was punctual and offered me a competitive quote from the start. Throughout the project he was forthcoming and pointed out any area he anticipated would not sand to his standard (floors are 73 years old). There were never surprises. He sent photos of the progress regularly and walked me through the project daily. I’m satisfied with the results and grateful he made suggestions from the beginning. In general, he’s an honest contractor and a nice guy to work with. Photos attached were taken during the project; not final."

"Carpet Time was awesome! They were great at communicating with me, they got me the perfect flooring, and they installed in a timely manner."

"Adam and his team were terrific. I had my wood floor in my entire house refinished and beautiful new tile installed in the kitchen. The workers were professional, clean and got the job done on time and as promised. Adam also made excellent suggestions and was always there to make sure all was going well. FIVE BIG STARS for Footprints Floors LA / San Fernando Valley!"

"This company was absolutely amazing. They finished the job in a timely manner. I couldnâ t have asked for anything better. I was really happy with the job. I recommend NoHo flooring to anyone in need of new hardwood floor/all other items!"

"The carpet is beautiful but it gave us all in the home a rash until we shampooed, not quite sure why but we were very thankful for the service and care by the entire team! Phil was an amazing service for the free estimate and going forward the install duo were phenomenal and kind! Would recommend for those without sensitivities!"
