"The vehical was picked and delivered within the a scheduled time, and the delivery driver was very professional. He even provided disinfectant wipes to clean the steering wheel, shifter, doors and center console. If I need another car transported I would definitely hire UFA again."

"After they came and gave me an estimate and I scheduled the work, they kept in contact letting me know I was on the schedule. They are very busy as they do good work, but since mine was a smaller job they found a half day for me. They were ahead of schedule so called and asked to come a couple days earlier which worked out just fine. I had gaping holes in the brick foundation and the corner of the concrete pad had broken off. They repaired all the brickwork like new and fixed the corners of the concrete. Then with the leftover mix they went around and voluntarily repaired some other cracks in the brickwork of the house, which was greatly appreciated. They were friendly and professional workers and cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely hire them again to do other repairs around my home.

"Very pleased with all of the work. The new roof was completed in one day and the crew did a superior job of cleaning up after the work. The gutters were installed a week later by a separate crew and again the work was quick and the clean-up was superior. Two other people came to install the two, new exterior doors plus frames including screen doors and handles. Also completed was the installation of a new mail box with post set in cement. This project was completed over two days.
What was most appreciated was the office team's coordination effort. I contracted for the work in June. June 2014 was a very rainy month. Since work on homes ahead of mine were delayed, our construction projects were delayed. The office team kept us informed on schedules and when to prepare for the three work crews. They did a very good job with coordination. The owner of the company also helped me with ordering of the supplies with a local hardware company and coordinating for the deliveries. My estimate included many options so that I could choose the desired work and understood the prices.
The roofing crew repaired two rotten spots quickly and at minimal additional cost. I appreciated their initiative.

"Our Larson storm door closer was caught by the wind and ripped the bracket away from the exterior door frame. Chris Engle promptly arrived when he said he would. Polite and professional, he accessed the damage and told me what he could do on the spot for the least amount of money. Not a pretty job for what he had to work with unless we wanted to replace the whole door and frame, but he made our exterior door and storm door useable. He also installed a wind chain on the storm door for added protection."

"The week prior we had contacted another local handyman to do the installation, and had he cancelled on us the day of the appointment.  I called these guys and they had a cancellation the following day and installed the fan for us then.  They were extremely professional and even cleaned up after themselves.  We have some smaller projects we want done around the house, and will for sure us them again."

No more bats, raccoons ( yes we found a pair nesting inside the damaged soffit), bees, mosquitos, flies, or gnats to bother you and the house will be warmer. Pure heaven!
