"Work was performed on small section of roof shingles damaged by microburst windstorm Saturday, July 8th. I noticed damage on 9th and checked HomeAdvisor for reference. They recommended same contractor who repaired previous leak issues on roof, so I emailed Phil for an appointment. He responded same day and we met following Monday morning. By 3:00 p.m., he contacted a gentleman working with him and the roof section was repaired by 4:15 p.m. that day. I have not been billed for the work yet, so cannot comment on cost, but prior work done for us was quick, thorough, and very fairly-priced. Would recommend this firm highly to anyone needing roofing services."

"Fidelity Roofing called the same day, scheduled to inspect our roof within the week. (They could have come earlier in the week, but my schedule was the conflict.) He called and was able to come earlier in the day, noticed the issue, fixed it and was on his way. He even took a video of the issue and explained what his repair was.
