Doors were replaced, ceiling exhaust fans installed, floor covering repair, electrical and plumbing etc. Through 11 change orders Ricardo kept track of it all and pushed to keep the project done on time. If I had more work to be done I would call Santi’s Construction immediately. Highly recommended !"

Secure Seismic came in below their competitors and Daryl discusssd the plan with me in depth. Based upon the quality of the reviews, I hired Secure Seismic. They scheduled out within a couple of weeks. Johny the foreman kept me on the loop while they were at my house. They completed the job within a day and left the site clean. Pieces of drywall cut for access in the garage were thoughtfully replaced and will take little effort to clean up. Thanks for great work! I already sleep a little better knowing that my house will likely be okay when the big one hits."

The worksite was kept neat and orderly and clean-up was excellent. Communication with the front office usually through emails was responsive and friendly. Glenn estimated the job and measured and explained what the installation would take, costs, time, etc., all very low key and friendly. The installers did note a small defect in one of the patio door windows, and told us they would contact Milgard Windows for a replacement pane, which they did with no problem. JHI sent along all the energy rebate paperwork promptly for us to mail in. I would recommend JHI to others: Easy to work with, friendly and quality work. They only use Milgard, so have to like that product. Cost: $7,868"

Capet for bedroom: excellent, fast, efficient take away of old, effective movement of furniture, and installation was perfect. Separate carpet for living room: Ed found the perfect brick red, and the twins installed a perfectly bound rug, moved and replaced furniture, left a bound runner for the kitchens. Outstanding. (Our second job -- our first years ago was new flooring in hall, living room, kitchen and dining room -- great job, that's why we went to Macadam again --can't go wrong)"
