"After we contacted Rick's, the estimator was out to our home immediately and gave us a bid right away. We signed with them in September and wasn't scheduled for the install until mid-December. They arrived on the scheduled date, but then were unable to complete the project in the estimated 2 days. Due to the holidays and some complications, the project wasn't completed until the last week of January. However, the manager did follow-up with a call to apologize for the delays and collected our feedback. We appreciated that professionalism and genuine concern for customer satisfaction. Overall, be patient as they are working on their communication skills with the customer, but seem to be a well-meaning local company."

After starting the work they suggested I change my requirements to three regular gates instead of one regular gate and one 10 foot gate.
