Maintenance is dependable and they have modified regular pruning of shrubs and bushes for my specific request, "a free-flowing" look in pruning. "Pro grass was quick with their response to my request for an estimate.  They gave a fair evaluation about the current status of our yard, which was in shambles at the time due to leaves and weeds, and told us what would need to be done on the initial cleanup in order to bring the yard to standards for monthly care.  The initially quoted me $200 for the cleanup and then I signed up for Angie's list later that day and they honored the 20% off landscape clean up so it was $160.  They started service the following week.  We signed up for our front yard only so all these prices are for just that.
After our first visit I was amazed at the transformation.  The made my yard look like it had been professionally cared for from the get go.  Then they told me they had more to do and would get it on the next visit.  Needless to say I have been amazed.  My yard looks better than I could have ever hoped.  The cut new edges on the yard, weeded the beds, raked bark dust and trimmed back our shrubs and plants.  
It isn't really grass growing season but they still do a lot of work each week keeping the yard looking amazing.  They do several other homes in the neighborhood and one one visit to a neighbor they saw leaves and debris on our driveway and sidewalk so they came and blew it off.  That is the attention to detail that makes paying $125 a month just for the front yard worth it.  
I felt the monthly price was a bit high but I also realize that some months, during the heavy growing season and again in fall, it will require more work and therefore balance out.  The only think I rated below an A was price.  I honestly expected $100 or less a month for just a front yard care but I will come back later and update it if I find out it is even more worth it than I thought.

"Brian from Shannon Landscaping  came out and proposed a system of a French Drain for our yard to eliminate the lake in our yard from rain run off. The design was very thorough and exactly what we were looking for. The crew showed up exactly when they were suppose to and were able to finish in a day, they left everything very clean and back to it original condition. With all the Oregon rain this week it is working very well, I have no standing water any more. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

"Do you have a yard full of bark chips (or weeds), and you’d like a lovely landscape instead? Calling RCS Landscape is a good start. After contacting 7 landscapers through Angie’s List (3 of whom never called me back), I got 4 quotes for work in my back yard. Ricardo’s was the most reasonable, and he was able to start work sooner than the others. He answered all my questions as the job progressed. I have difficult access to my back yard, and Ricardo and his team were willing and able to work with it. They did a professional job on my retaining wall and paver path and patio, plus they were very patient in helping me place my boulders. In addition, they were personable, considerate of my neighbors and cleaned up after themselves. There were a couple of things that did not get communicated during my project. While Ricardo was able to fix one of them, it was too far along in the project to fix the other. I chose to do my own planting and mulching. With the professionally installed hardscape already in place, the end result is a serene and delightful spot I now call My Happy Place. My friends and family love it too! I would definitely put RCS Landscape on the list of people to call if I needed more work done."
