"Great plumber. Showed up when promised. We live in an old house with water heater in the closet on 2nd floor. Water heater was old with lots of rust and calcium deposits which plugged the draining hose up. Matt, the plumber, took care of the problem really fast and after a few minutes he came down the stairs with the old water heater on a dolly. He installed new flex piping for the new water heater and left the place clean. He never complained of the bad location or of the bad condition our old water heater was in. "The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him. "
