"We had about 2000 square feet of wood installed by Dorel in 2016. We were very satisfied with the quality of work, attention to detail, responsiveness to our concerns and wishes, and professionalism. We interviewed multiple installers and were most impressed with Dorel from the beginning. We wanted to avoid T-moldings at tile-wood junctions, and he did an outstanding job with this request, using reducer moldings or slanting boards to create clean and smooth transitions. Where the wood flooring came up against the fireplace base, and along the stairs (where the junctions would not be hidden by an overlapping baseboard), his precision cuts resulted in very clean tight junctions. We also wanted to reuse our baseboards, and he did so with a very clean outcome. You are unlikely to find better craftsmanship by another installer. He exceeded our high expectations and we would definitely use him again."

"Carpet was removed creating a dust storm in my home. MC outsources the work to an independent contractor from Vallejo (120 miles away). They didn't bring a vacuum or any way to cover my furniture, not was I advised to prepare for dust. I used my own vacuum and lent it to the installer. MC failed to consult me on wall moulding, and the installer left me with a mess. The walls and used moulding had to be completely repainted costing me another $2000. I complained to MC about squeaks in the stairs and missing caulking. They sent the installer back out, and he said he was going to buy some caulking, and I never saw him again. All in all I wish I would have gone with the bid from Lowe's."

While it took some time for our flooring to come in from a separate vendor once we received it and contacted Nena for an installation date they quickly worked with us to set it up. Installation day came they arrived promptly just as they said they would. Once they got going the crew quickly got to work and before we knew it they were done! Ratico was amazing, professional and accommodating. He even touched up some unfinished work in another room when we just asked him for an opinion. He even finished our laundry room since we had extra planks to complete it at a very reasonable added cost. If we were to do more flooring or decide to change existing floors in other parts of the house we would not hesitate to give him a call immediately. We will definitely will be spreading the word and recommending them every chance we get."
