"Won?t let me add pictures. Saying even one photo is too large? initially the work looked good. The team seemed nice and they worked really fast. Got the whole thing done in a day. But then, when framing the upstairs a few months later, we noticed huge gaps in the decking that they just put underlayment over and nailed shingles on. There are dozens of these huge gaps that I would have had fixed had I known about them. In some spots you can see outside. Obviously shingles are not nailed on securely. Several have fallen off already. They also shingled two sections of the roof they were not supposed to and charged me for some additional materials needed. We ended up tearing the whole section off so that was a tremendous waste. When they left they took 2 of my tools. I am clearly going to have to fix the roof. I am glad others had a good experience but mine with this company has been absolutely terrible. "

"Price guarentee was a lie. project manager - sales person lied about price being locked in.. request for lien waver was ignored at time Axis was paid in full by Aqua finance. owner advised warrenty would be null n void if we didnt sign off on job in 24 hours. No Warranty!!! lies by Andrew- managing member-owner and Rick the project manager who bid the job wrong and now attempt to file a lien over 1500 dollars removing additional layers of shingles not put on contract by the PM..so Trust is not built per thier motto.. Lies and deception is what has been represented. 24K for uneven, poor work, leaking gutters and ruts in both front and back yard..broken deck railings and window screens by the crew. Lies, damages, threats and greed do not get you new and repeat business. Update: metal roof not cut correctly so getting our seamless gutters that are still leaking replaced have to be a different size and we haven't found a local company who installs what is needed. Also the snow catchers were installed backwards so I have find someone to fix on both house and garage. Warranty doesn't exist with this company. They didn't even clean up after the work they did with Mexican day laborers hired! All the good reviews you see are friends and family trying to support. Since putting my original review I have been contacted by 4 couples who have paid for projects that have been threatened if they speak out!! Google reviews are here for a reason, to help folks find GOOD SOLID CONTRACTORS.. If you don't like the reviews Axis, change what you're doing poorly and become a real company people talk about!"
