"We hired Four Seasons again (after they redid our siding) to replace our existing roof, which was about 15 years old and in bad shape. We were so impressed with the speed in which they completed the job (less than 1 day). Everyone we dealt with, from Oscar, to Donna, to our roofing foreman, were courteous and professional. Their workmanship is excellent. I cannot recommend them enough!"

"This was a large job which required removal of the old roof - multiple layers of asphalt shingle and cedar shake down to rafters. The house is a large old Victorian with multiple angles and outcroppings, and very steep. There was also a one car garage. As promised, Royal arrived on day 1 - a Monday in 12 degree weather - with 3 dump trucks, several other trucks with men and equipment and over 30 workers. They swarmed over the house and by 10 AM the roof was stripped to the rafters and by the end of the day new plywood, underlayment and shingles had been installed on more than 3/4 of the roof. All work was completed in 4 days. Every night the property was thoroughly cleaned up. Progress was provided during the entire job by sending photos taken with a drone - terrific! Overall we were impressed and pleased with the work and the fact that it truly took 4 days. We had seen other jobs in the neighborhood take 3 weeks or more to complete. You pay for this kind of service - it is not cheap - but it is totally worth it. In addition, all of the workers and the project managers are very professional and attentive to your needs. I'll never have to use them again for this job, but I would recommend them in a heartbeat if you need a roof, gutters etc."

"This is supposed to be a 4.5 Stars Rating. This job was done on March 11th, 2024 in Levittown, NY 11756. I had 7 double-hung vinyl windows installed. First salesman gets a total rating of 3.5 stars. He gets 5 stars for knowledge. He gets a 4 stars for presentation of the products. The presentation was too long. He spent more than 1 hour. He gets a 5 stars for thorough inspection. He also spent well over an hour for this, but it was necessary. However, he gets a 0 star for pricing options. Even after I repeatedly told him about how expensive window replacement is for this year. He failed to tell me that there exists the FLEX program which could have saved me a ton of money. Second saleswoman or sales manager gets a total rating of 5 stars. After I rejected the first offer for being overpriced, the sales manager came back to present me with the FLEX program. She gets a total rating of 5 stars just for giving me the customer a less expensive option to pay for these windows. She helped me save a ton of money. The installers. The older guy got a total rating of 4.5 stars (0.5 star off for splitting the wooden window frame and not replacing it until I made the request to the inspection manager). The younger guy got a total rating of 5 stars (He did everything perfectly). They arrived 15 minutes earlier than the expected time which was very professional. Even though they were not fluent in English, they worked diligently and responded to all questions and made all the remediation and corrections that I asked. Also, they kept the entire house very clean before and after the job. As of now the entire rating is a 4.5. But time will tell if this rating will stand."
