He also didn't charge me extra to use my own leveling system like the other contractor did, or to do some water-proofing paint in the shower. I have this crazy fear of mold and did do overkill on the waterproofing precautions. But Eric was so easy going about it and just did what I needed to feel comfortable. At one point I changed my mind about a tile pattern (sometimes I make decisions I regret) and even though he tiled half the bathroom wall, he happily removed them, and even suggested a better way and re-did them (which looks 100x better)! All the while, no complaints or attitude or anything - just happy and helpful! He's the best!"
