"We hired Stout Roofing to replace the roof on our rambler. I was pleased to meet Jake Stout when he came to my residence to do an inspection and discuss the concerns I had. I asked for a few small changes such as the installation of some bathroom ceiling fan flapper vents, and the removal of a solar attic vent fan and patching it's hole. Their pricing was extremely competitive and right in our budget. Best of all they had very good availability to get started. The roof removal was completed in just a matter of hours, and the second day the new roof was installed without any issues. When we were having trouble deciding on the shingle color, they swung by and dropped of some sample shingles so we could make a decision. They stayed in contact from the time we selected them through the end of the process and kept us updated on the status. The crew that installed the roof was very courteous and keep our property clean over the two days it took finish the replacement. Because of rain, they were unable to paint the vent pipes and flashing but they came back a couple of days later to finish.
