He and his team visited on the scheduled dates promptly and performed the work required efficiently, professionally, and thoroughly over 4 visits. The only minor surprise was the additional yard waste disposal fees - in reviewing the estimate, these were listed as an additional charge, but I didn't have an estimate on the approximate additional costs required. This elevated the cost slightly over what I had originally expected. My prior landscape company (in a different state) hadn't charged disposal fees separately, so I didn't think to ask or check this when doing estimates."
