As we were replacing a clay tile roof with asphalt shingles, Eugene & team did a great job covering up some of the tan lines the old tile roof left on our paint. The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

"I had a roof that needed to be replaced in late fall in Seattle. After getting the initial estimate, I contacted Forever Roofing to set up to job and put down a deposit. It took a few weeks to hear back from them, but that was likely due to other jobs that were in the queue ahead of me, and unpredictable Seattle weather. I got a call on the morning the roofers were due to arrive, since that's when they were able to determine was a clear window of weather. All I had to do was make sure the workers had access to a plug outside the house. They were efficient and did great work and not only cleaned up their mess, but also cleaned up some of our earlier mess as well. The gutters were done by a different team than the original roofing crew a few days later, but they also did a quick and professional job. Everything was tested by a heavy downpour the day after installation, and it is all looking good. Thanks Sam and crew!"

"From start to finish A Better Roofing company was outstanding. One of the few companies I've spoken to that hasn't exaggerated on work or used scare tactics. They were honest from the beginning with a price around half of the next cheapest bid with the same materials. We had a fair amount of mold and wood rot on our decking so most of the plywood needed replacing. Alan didn't try to make the damage seem worse than it was and gave us a very reasonable estimate on new plywood. One of the guys from a different company was offering to buy me a beer because the mold was "sooo severe" and he was sorry for me. Alan gave us a recommendation on a mold company who actually ended up saying it wasn't too bad. The roof replacement itself was great. The workers were nice, respectful and really fast. I have a friend that used to do roofing that commented on how impressed he was with their attention to detail. The workers cleaned everything up meticulously without leaving any nails, staples or other materials in the lawn. Next time I need a roof, I won't hesitate to call them."

"CJ came and spent some time with me during the initial estimate. Very pleasant salesman that's easy to relate to and very detailed on how the whole project would be done. The crew that came out to replace my roof were quick, polite and cleaned up well after each work day. (2 days for the roof) Three Tree Roofing provided a huge dumpster for them to throw the debris in which was parked in my driveway, and a honey bucket for their use. There was one issue I had with the skylights and installation, but it's not enough to sway my opinion of this company. The company that Three Tree hired to replace my gutters were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly as well. I've hired many contractors over the years and have never been so pleased. I HIGHLY recommend them. Last thing I should mention......... I received a nice little gift in the mail after the project was completed. Nice touch!!"

Out of the three visits, Mike was the one who had vision, knew exactly what needed to be done, assessed the moisture in the attic correctly, explained the process in great detail, and offered the best warranty. So, we went with Krown. We could not be happier. My wife and I are thrilled with the job. Once we settled on Mike, he had us booked out a week later. His team showed up on time and as planned. In two days, the job was completely finished, including a solar tube, new bathroom and microwave vents, gutters, and NW appropriate Leaf Relief gutter guards. "We hired Rain City Exteriors to coordinate a large remodel of the exterior of our home which included a new roof, removal of two layers of siding and window trim, blown-in insulation, new Hardie window trim, 6 new windows, new Hardie siding, new gutters and fresh paint. Guillermo was super easy to deal with during the quoting process and answered a lot of detailed questions I had.
