"Excellent. Our home is in Olympia and Otto drove south to look at our project and provide a proposal. We have exotic wood floors that needed full sand down and small section needing repair. He researched the proper matching wood for the repair section and completed the project in three days, one day ahead of schedule. It looks fantastic! "George and his crew did a fabulous job on our hardwood floors. When George came to give an estimate for the work, he was so thorough with his recommendations and suggestions. He needed no prompting about what needed to be done. He offered several options and because our base trim is fiberboard, I choose to paint the base trim myself after he was finished. BTW, frog tape is fabulous. An important factor to keep in mind is that his sanding machine used a 240 V connection which means his equipment is industrial grade and does an excellent job. His communication during the process was excellent, keeping us informed and inviting us back to check on things as he progressed - you cannot stay in the house if you do a Swedish finish, the fumes are overwhelming during the application and drying process. His follow-up and response was outstanding. He has a pleasant personality and we enjoyed working with him. I am happy to provide our unqualified recommendation for George and his company, European Custom Flooring."

"Vasiliy did a good job on refinishing my old original hardwood floors from the 1940s. It previously had stains, dents and irregularities. After Vasiliy’s crew refinished the floors, it looked great and you could not tell there were irregularities. They were on time, professional and paid attention to detail. After the job I told Vasiliy that a piece of wood wasn’t replaced when they said they would. He made sure to come back and finish that job. I would recommend them again for sure."

He put in new flooring where it was broken, redid what our previous contractor messed up on, offered nice stain options and did exactly what we asked. "Very pleased with the professional and friendly service received. Eric, the owner, was professional and easy to work with. I appreciated his help with narrowing the flooring choices to what product would be best for what I needed, ie, stand up to heavy traffic in the entryway as well as being waterproof for the baths and kitchen. He also promptly provided all the documentation required by my HOA for approval of what I wanted done. I kept changing my mind about which direction to lay the flooring, so when it was delivered, Eric helped lay out a box of the flooring so I could get a better idea of how it would look overall, very nice. Dan, the installer was also professional and did a great job. I particularly liked the job done cutting the bottom of the door frames to slip the flooring underneath. Looks like it was just meant to be that way. Since the name of his showroom is Floors and More, I asked if he did counter tops too. He worked with Andrew Shubin at Pro Granite to order the quartz for the kitchen and find remnants for the baths which helped keep the cost down. Very pleased all the way around. I plan to have him install carpet in the near future and possibly replace the tile around the fireplace."
