"Tao is unbelievably great! He is professional, efficient, and fastidious, exactly what you want in a project of this scale. His workers were also fantastic. He does everything he says he'll do and more. Tao helped us coordinate movers to move our furniture into another section of our loft prior to the installation, and then back out when our beautiful floor had been completed. We had bought tiles for installation in the area just inside the front door, and his guys did that installation as well, also a fantastic job. They're as fastidious as he. We did not move out during the installation, and because of the pandemic we were inside almost all of the time. The crew did everything possible to make our lives comfortable during the work. I was amazed that it only took them 2.5 days to complete the job. They really have this process down. I would give Tao and his crew six stars if that were possible. I selected Taozen flooring on the basis of its excellent reviews on this site, but I was blown away by their exceeding my expectations. I'm recommending him to everyone!"

"They were quick to get back to me and come to see the project. The estimate was given to me promptly. Once the estimate was approved they immediately call to schedule a date. Not only that they did complete the work and do a great job they were the best estimate I receive for the job. I will definitely recommend them to complete your construction project."

"Wow! This company was amazing. I got so lucky finding them. Cleuber came right out to quote the work, and it was a very reasonable price compared to some others. I worried that his reasonable price might mean that he would not do great work. but I was wrong. Not only did he and his crew do a truly outstanding job of scraping, sanding, priming, and painting the exterior of my cape, but he went above and beyond. He repaired some trim that needed replacing. He replaced some water damaged floor boards on my porch. He painted my bulkhead. He painted my front door railing. Cleuber and his crew worked 12-13 hour days the entire week in very hot conditions. Every time I spoke with him, he was smiling and eager to show me the progress, and get my feedback. He is an experienced painter, a small business owner who is focused on doing an excellent job, and he is great guy with a great attitude. Do yourself a favor and hire him. I still can't believe how lucky I got. I have already hired him to do some interior painting."

"Very responsive and professional. Provided me with a couple of options to choose from."

"Sean was a dream to work with, his communication is second to none. We hired Footprints to replace carpet and add vinyl plank flooring. Crew was amazing fast, neat and friendly. Sean made sure we were completely satisfied. We hired him to do our first level the next week, and we are so happy with the results."

"I did not like the job timing. The workers showed up on a Friday at 6:00 P.M. to start the job of removing the old floor. The returned Saturday morning to complete the installation of the new floor. Although it was an excellent job done with very good materials I did not appreciate it taking two days instead of the one day promised by the salesman. Also you have to pay for the warranty, in reality Empire does not warranty anything. The workers did do a professional job in every respect Empire should limit their work load so they don't arrive so late to start a job."

"TJ installed three exterior doors in the house I recently moved to. We were suspicious of a lot of rot under the doors, especially the large front door, and wanted to make sure new doors were not just installed, but the entire framing repaired and replaced before new doors went in. TJ measured everything before his estimate (which was highly detailed and accurate) and came back to confirm measurements before ordering materials. He completed the work in the exact timeline he had given us, and was great at communicating over text and phone calls. He found and repaired the rot under the front door, and then repaired and installed two normal sized exterior doors, including our basement door which was a mess to begin with. TJ also had to deal with some not-so-great flooring installation from the previous owners, and he made it work. The floor looks great, you could never tell there was a 3ft by 5ft section removed and repaired just a day before. With TJ's help, we were able to custom order the exact door style we wanted, and he helped us with some design and materials choices. The house has been given an incredible facelift, and I feel so much better knowing the doors are safe and sturdy. TJ was extremely courteous and thoughtful in his work. He left the work area and property looking immaculate each day he worked with us. He was also very conscientious with our dog, which I appreciated. I have received massive compliments on all the doors, and will be working with TJ again for our deck this summer. We signed the contract with confidence and excitement because TJ's results are very professional and will certainly last a lifetime."
