Get matched with top dry rot, water or pest damage major repairers in Shrewsbury, PA

"Bill was very responsive and did a very thorough assessment of the water damage. He provided a detailed estimate for the work at a fair price. My homebuilder agreed to repair the damage and I didn’t need to hire Flood Crew LLC. I would hire Flood Crew LLC in the future if needed."

"After I had made the appointment, the serviceman arrived thinking he was to clean my house, not shampoo the carpets. Phone calls back and forth to his office; finally got the directions right. Did adequate job but seemed to lose interest when I told him that three rooms had recently been recarpeted and didn't need cleaning."

"He gave his professional opinion. The only reason I said above that I wouldn't call this provider again is that I would seek a second opinion before going ahead with complete water proofing overhaul.

"The crew was punctual. They did what they said they would do in a timely fashion. There were some cracks that appeared once the cement dried which we were told might happen. They came back and filled in the cracks. Compared to other prices were were given I think the price was ok. There is no way to tell if it worked until the next very heavy rain occurs. They cleaned up after themselves but because of the nature of the work there was dust to deal afterwards.

"The crew knew a lot about mold and made sure everything was put it all back together. Polite, on time, and cleaned up after job.  Had no probelms."

"It turned into a huge waste of time. The tech took the samples and submitted them to the lab, which apparently "lost" them, which I didn't find out about until after the expected time to receive the report had past, thus ruining the timeline that had been put together to deal with the situation (this was for a home that was about to list for sale, and I needed to know asap whether it could list or needed to be held back for remediation). To their credit, they ended up not charging me for the sample-taking (as I did not receive any results), and they were not able to revisit the property on a schedule that was quick enough to suit my needs. The other frustrating part was that they made very dire-sounding comments about the property, which were totally unfounded. The problem at the property was trivial (this was verified by subsequent testing), and no actual on-going problem existed and there was no need for destructive inspection or major renovation. And yet the tech had essentially said, "well, we can demo the bathroom", i.e. suggesting that spending $3k-5k was what I should do, and would need to do. It felt like it was an attempt to coerce me into a major expense unnecessarily."

"My experience with Green Home Solutions of Lancaster was a dream come true. I had a major issue with mold / water damage which required structural repair. The initial contact was almost like talking to a friend, which I now consider the entire team as friends now. The work crew were efficient and friendly. They made sure that the work was top notch. I'd recommend them to any body!"

"Mark Pawling is a very nice contractor, and he and his crews do a good job.  Our fireplace was leaking and several grout courses needed to be regrouted.  This was done very quickly, and, when the leak was noticed to still be present after the repairs, Mark came out and repaired a few more courses of grout that still were contributing to the leak.  Problem solved.

"Unfortunately, he was trying to hang up one of my mirrors and he scratched it in two places. He is supposed to replace the mirror at this point, but his overall service was fine. I don't know, it happens. It wasn't intentional. I am not angry or anything, but it's just that I have to replace a mirror. He took his time with the other things that I needed done. It was just unfortunate that the mirror got scratched. He was on time. He was prior to the time. He introduced himself and seen what I needed done before going on the clock."

"The work was excellent. The work required several visits (removing wet pad, drying, and re-stretching). They responded quickly to my original call and were schedule for subsequent visits. They were professional and thorough in their work."
